Barking Mad Pet Boutique offer a next working day delivery service on all orders received Before 2.00pm. We use GLS and have a maximum delivery charge of €5.99 Nationwide.

• Delivery is just €5.99 up to 30kg throughout Ireland (North & South)
• We offer FREE delivery on all orders over €100 throughout Ireland
• We provide next working day delivery within Ireland on the vast majority of orders placed before 2.00pm
• Shipping to the United Kingdom is €7.50 up to 30kg and takes 3-5 working days

If you are ordering for a private address that's a little 'out of the way' please give directions if necessary. Please also provide your mobile number so that the courier can contact you if you're 'out and about'.

At Barking Mad Pet Boutique, you can also collect your products in our Rathmines or Blackrock stores. Complete your order online and select the collection option on checkout. We'll have your order ready and waiting when you call in.

If you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

If you return the product in its original unused condition (with the product & packaging unmarked) and fit for resale within seven working days of the order being received, we will refund you the cost of the product or replace it (if available) as soon as possible following our agreement to do so (excluding cost of postage and transport). You will be responsible for paying for the return carriage of the goods to us. If you are exchanging a product for another size or style we will send these subsequent items to you free of charge.

All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 14 days of delivery (i.e. the day after the vouched date of dispatch to you). Please include all relevant packing slips and documentation when returning the product.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods.
